We may also share your data if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of EWS, our clients, or others.

5. Storage & security

Your data is stored on secure servers operated by our service providers. We use industry-standard practices to protect it, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage where possible, access controls, and regular security reviews.

No system is perfectly secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your data may have been compromised, please contact us immediately.

6. How long we keep it

• Contact form submissions: retained for up to 3 years after our last interaction, then deleted or anonymised.
• Client project data: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for legal, tax, and portfolio purposes.
• Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics data: retained per the settings of our analytics provider (typically 14–26 months).

7. Your rights

Regardless of where you're based, you have the right to:
